ADVISORY: I-65 Sign Replacement Will Require Lane Closures near Cool Springs

NASHVILLE – The Tennessee Department of Transportation will be replacing the Cool Springs Boulevard sign over Interstate 65 southbound this Sunday, December 14, 2008. Traffic on I-65 South near mile marker 68 will be halted for short periods beginning at 6:00 a.m. as crews lift the sign structure over the travel lanes. The work is expected to be complete by noon.
 
TDOT will use portable message boards to alert motorists of the lane closures. Police will also be in the area to assist with traffic. Drivers are encouraged to seek an alternate route around this work zone.
