The Tennessee Department of Education’s Division of Special Education will hold public hearings for the purpose of receiving comments from interested persons regarding the Department’s proposed policies for systems of payment requirements in the administration of early intervention programs pursuant to Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
