NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Today, Tennessee Governor Bill Lee called on the faith community to support Tennessee foster kids in finding permanent homes through a new public-private initiative, TN Fosters Hope.

NASHVILLE – Tennessee Governor Bill Lee today announced all Tennessee adults will be eligible for COVID-19 vaccination no later than April 5. Tennesseans aged 55 and older and those in Phase 2 of the state’s COVID-19 Vaccination Plan are eligible for COVID-19 vaccinations effective Mar. 18.

NASHVILLE - The Department of Revenue is extending the filing and payment deadline for Hall income tax returns and, for certain taxpayers, the franchise and excise tax return from April 15, 2021 to May 17, 2021.

Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bob Rolfe and Choate Engineering Performance officials announced today that the company will establish new operations in Hardeman County. Choate will invest $8 million to retrofit and make improvements to an existing 155,000-square-foot facility, located at 1033 Lake Street in Bolivar, where the company will manufacture engines and components for the automotive industry. The project will create 100 jobs over the next five years.

Tennessee specialty license plates sales help pet owners have access to low-cost spay and neutering services.
