Revenue agents and officers from the Mt. Juliet Police Department arrested Amer, age 48, at his home. Bond was set at $50,000.

Revenue special agents arrested Packard, age 38, Tuesday, and bond was set at $45,000.

Tyler failed to file sales tax returns and remit collected sales tax while operating Whitewater Grill, formerly located in Ocoee, Tennessee.
