Chattanooga, Tenn. - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to Friday’s indictment and arrest of Charles White, 55, and Tami White, 50. Revenue special agents arrested the couple today at their place of business, Tennessee Georgia Tire and Service Center. Charles White’s bond was set at $5,000; Tami White’s bond was set at $15,000.

Douglas evaded paying Tennessee sales tax by signing a false affidavit, which said a vehicle would be titled in Montana.

With assistance from the Cocke County Sherriff’s Office, Revenue special agents arrested the Ridens at their residence Thursday. Bond was set at $100,000 each.

Lively, age 46, was arrested at his home and transported to the Roane County Jail. Bond was set at $1,000. On June 17, 2019, the Roane County Grand Jury indicted Lively on four Class E felony counts of tax evasion.
