Progress continues to restore telephone service to Tennessee state government buildings in downtown Nashville, after outages resulting from the Christmas Day explosion. However, the ongoing outages include safety systems in the buildings. As a result, buildings in state government’s downtown campus will remain closed on Wednesday, December 30.
