The Advisory Task Force on State Reimbursement Rates will meet virtually at 10 a.m. CDT o Tuesday, September 29, 2026. The task force makes recommendations on annual adjustments to the reimbursement rates paid to agencies that perform healthcare functions and services in this state.

The Medical Advisory Committee assists the administrator in the development of the treatment guidelines and advises the administrator on issues relating to medical care in the workers’ compensation system. The committee is comprised of practitioners in the medical community having experience in the treatment of workers’ compensation injuries, representatives of the insurance industry, employer representatives, and employee representatives.
