A free workshop to help job seekers with disabilities and other workers in Hickman County jumpstart their career.

The Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC) is hosting a Rapid Hire Event for career opportunities at the Morgan County Correctional Complex (MCCX) for Correctional staff. Attendees will have the opportunity to be interviewed, fulfill pre-employment requirements, and receive same-day job offers! Correctional Officer positions are eligible for a $5,000 hiring bonus! The department will be hiring for the following positions: Correctional Officer 1* Correctional Counselor 1* Stop by during the event for an on-the-spot interview. Interviews are available during event hours, with the last interviews on Friday, December 6, 2024, at 3:30 p.m., and Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. Documents to bring with you to the event: Picture ID – Examples include a Driver License, passport, Permanent Resident Card, or State-issued identification.
