A free workshop to help job seekers with disabilities and other workers in Hickman County jumpstart their career.

For a growing number of West TN households, financial stability is nothing more than a pipe dream, no matter how hard their members work. These households are ALICE – Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed – earning above the Federal Poverty Level, yet struggling to afford basic expenses. United Way of West TN and the TN Commission on Children & Youth are excited to host this community conference to foster discussion and determine solutions on how we can best serve those who are ALICE. The conference will consist of guest speakers, panel/table discussions, and relevant findings based on the latest ALICE Report for our region and state. Admission is free. Lunch will be provided.
