Naloxone is a key tool in reversing the rising tide of overdose and resulting deaths. Naloxone is the only antidote to reverse an opioid overdose, and it’s never been easier to use. This training is perfect for people at risk of opioid overdose, family and friends of those who are at risk of opioid overdose, and anyone interested in learning how they can save a life by reversing an overdose.

The purpose of the meeting will be to review the Division of Rehabilitation Services, Centers for Independent Living and Statewide Independent Living Council’s responsibility under Title VII, relating to promoting a philosophy of independent living to maximize the leadership, empowerment, independence, and productivity of individuals with disabilities in accordance with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014.

Under Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) oversight, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is currently conducting the remediation and restoration of the TVA Allen Fossil Plant.
