A public hearing to offer comments on Tennessee’s Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) draft application. The CSBG plan is developed every two years by the Tennessee Department of Human Services in conjunction with the Tennessee Association of Community Action (TACA) and its member agencies. The State Plan describes Tennessee’s goals and processes for creating and maintaining a high quality community action network and working draft can be found on the DHS website.
