The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) will host a public meeting on February 6, 2020 to gather public input on the I-40/81 Multimodal Corridor Study. The Workers' Compensation Medical Payment Committee (MPC) will review cases and discuss the Medical Fee Schedule. The committee hears disputes on medical bill payments between providers and insurers and advise the administrator on issues relating to the medical fee schedule and medical care cost containment in the workers’ compensation system.

The purpose of this meeting will be to review the Division of Rehabilitation Services’ responsibilities under Title I, relating to the extent, eligibility and effectiveness of services in accordance with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014.
