Affordable Care Act Navigators Meeting
October 17, 2019, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm CDTThe Department of Commerce & Insurance has invited insurance carriers offering plans on the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) for the State of Tennessee to offer overviews of their plans at a public meeting on Oct. 17, 2019. The Department expects participation by BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Bright Health, Celtic/Ambetter Insurance, Cigna and Oscar Health.

Tuition Guaranty Fund Board of Directors Meeting
October 18, 2019The Board considers Tuition Guaranty Fund (TGF) claims and disburses, if appropriate, funds assessed and collected from authorized postsecondary educational institutions. The Board is required to act on claims in a timely manner and to provide a written explanation for any action taken. Meetings of the Board are held as is necessary in view of the executive committee.
