The next quarterly meeting of the Douglas Henry State Museum Commission will be held on Monday, January 14, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at the Tennessee State Museum Conference Room at 1000 Rosa L. Parks. Blvd. DHSMC Quarterly Meetings are held the Second Monday of the First Month of each Quarter, unless otherwise indicated. All Scheduled Meetings of the DHSMC are open to the public and posted on the State of Tennessee's Public Meetings Calendar here and at TNmuseum.org.

The Medical Payment Committee is comprised of seven voting members appointed by the administrator. Three members represent the medical provider industry, three members represent the workers’ compensation insurance industry, and the medical director serves as the final member of the committee. The committee shall hear disputes on medical bill payments between providers and insurers and advise the administrator on issues relating to the medical fee schedule and medical care cost containment in the workers’ compensation system.

A public rule-making hearing will be held regarding the amended rules for the Medical Fee Schedule. The hearing will be held at 220 French Landing Drive, Nashville in the TOSHA Hearing Room on January 17, 2019
