Case Manager Pre-Conference Town Hall

We had a pre-conference Case Manager Town Hall focused on key updates to the Tennessee Workers’ Compensation Case Management Rules (Chapter 0800-02-07) that took effect late last year. These updates clarify expectations for case managers and may directly impact your day-to-day work managing claims and coordinating care.

Wednesday, June 10, 2026 @ 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM
in the Convention Center side of the hotel

No CEUs were offered for this town hall. Registration to the conference was not required nor included.

  • A deep dive into C33 & C34 forms: Detailed clarification on filing requirements, the 30-day company transfer deadline, and task-only exemptions.
  • Updated meeting and communication timelines: A review of the 14-day (catastrophic) and 21-day (non-catastrophic) face-to-face requirements and new virtual meeting guidance.
  • Live Q&A with Bureau staff: An open forum to address questions about case management updates.
This session is free to attend and open to all case managers, as well as adjusters and other interested professionals.
