A graduate of Auburn University and a Certified Public Accountant since 2012, Gin Binkley joined the Department in 2024. Ms. Binkley began her career in Audit and Assurance services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she served a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from public multinational corporations to privately held businesses across various industries.

Additionally, Ms. Binkley served as a financial controller to small middle Tennessee businesses in the creative industry, where she specialized in providing financial leadership and operational support to business owners and leadership teams.
