The Fundamentals of Surveying (FS) and Principles and Practice of Surveying (PS) are computer-based testing (CBT) examinations with year-round testing windows at professional testing venues throughout the state. Examination candidates may register, schedule, and pay for their exams with NCEES for both the FS & PS examinations.
Principles and Practice of Surveying
NCEES will post the results of computer-based exams 7–10 days after an examinee takes an exam. NCEES will notify examinees by email that their results are available through their MyNCEES account. When an examinee logs in to their account, they will see either “Pass” or “Fail” on the screen, with diagnostics provided for failing examinees.

Tennessee State Specific Exam
The Tennessee State Specific (TS) exam is a computer-based test, and you can register through PSI at https://test-takers.psiexams.com/tnls/test/X65XZN94.
