File a Complaint

Tennessee Athletic Commission

Consumers are encouraged to file complaints with the Department of Commerce and Insurance when they feel they have been the victim of an unfair or deceptive business practice, witness unlicensed activity, or see suspected misconduct or other violations of respective law or rules.

Should you wish to file a formal complaint so that our office can begin looking into the allegations made against the respondent, you will want to follow the link below. Once there, you will be able to include any attachments you have, along with any additional information. After you submit your complaint, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the complaint number provided.

Once a complaint is filed, it is reviewed to determine the best course of action. At the end of the review process, it will be presented to the program for their final decision.

Please be advised, this office cannot give legal advice or represent private individuals who seek refunds or reimbursements. Regulatory jurisdiction is limited to seeking discipline against a Respondent’s license. If you feel that you need legal assistance, you should consider contacting private legal counsel. You may also consider the Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs mediation program. More information regarding mediation services can be found here.
