Blasting Firms

A Blasting Firm is an entity engaged in blasting activity which purchases, receives, or takes possession of explosives.

Firm registrations to purchase, receive, or take possession of explosives shall expire three (3) years following the date of their issuance or renewal and are invalid on that date unless renewed. Renewal may be affected by the payment of a renewal fee. Firm registrations are not transferable.
