Instruments for Determining Particle Velocity

Tennessee Code Annotated § 68-105-105(b) states “instruments for determining particle velocity as set forth in this chapter are limited to such specific types of devices, including their deployment and field practice guidelines, as have been expressly approved by the department.”

The listed instruments below are approved for determining particle velocity, and shall be maintained, calibrated, and deployed in accordance with manufacturers’ recommendation.
