The Tennessee Emergency Communications Board (the Board) January 10, 2025, meeting of the Distribution Formula Review Committee (the Committee) is hereby cancelled. The State offices will be closed Friday, January 10, 2025, for winter weather and therefore, the TECB cannot then hold the Committee meeting at the meeting location. The TECB will reschedule the meeting and will provide another notice indicating the time and location of the rescheduled meeting.

Committee meetings will be conducted in person but also permit participation of the Committee members by electronic or other means of communication if necessary. Members of the public may attend and participate in person or attend remotely via the appropriate online meeting link. Upon request, a member of the public may participate in the meeting by electronic means. Any Committee member or member of the public participating by electronic means shall be audible to the public at the location specified above. The Department of Commerce and Insurance is committed to principles of equal access.
