The Emergency Communications Board (the Board) is holding a board meeting on December 12, 2023, called by the Chairman.
The Boards's meeting will be streamed for the public and can be viewed live at: https://dgs.streamingvideo.tn.gov/Mediasite/Play/a57d114eb84b4eb6aef534fc8969df8d1d or accessed immediately upon conculusion of the meeting.
Board business will be discussed and voted upon in its entirety at the meeting. The Board’s agenda shall be released no less than five (5) days prior to meeting date. Request to speak on agenda items request form will also be in attachment, which may be submitted by email or fax to Staff at least two (2) hours before the public meeting is to convene.
If any details regarding this upcoming public meeting change, a supplemental notice will be
released.
Board meetings will be conducted by permitting participation of the Board members by electronic or other means of communication if necessary. Any member participation by electronic means shall be audible to the public at the location specified above. The Department of Commerce and Insurance is committed to principles of equal access.
