NOTICE OF PUBLIC OPERATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak, the April 15, 2021 meeting of the Operations Advisory Committee (the “Committee”) of the Tennessee Emergency Communications Board (the “Board”) will be held via WebEx only. This is being done pursuant to Governor Bill Lee’s Executive Order #78 which can be read here. Invitations to attend the meeting via Webex will be sent out to Committee and Board members at a later this week. Invitations for the public will be available upon request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. For members of the public that cannot attend via Webex, the Committee’s meeting will be recorded and posted online available the next business day following the close of the meeting. The recording of the meeting may be accessed here.
If any details regarding this upcoming public meeting change, a supplemental notice will be released.
Committee meetings will be conducted by permitting participation of the Committee members by electronic or other means of communication if necessary. Any member participation by electronic means shall be audible to the public at the location specified above. The Department of Commerce and Insurance is committed to principles of equal access.
