Due to the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak, the July 20th, 2020 meeting of the GIS Advisory Committee (the “Committee”) of the Tennessee Emergency Communications Board (the “Board”) will be held via Webex only. Invitations to the Webex meeting for the public are available upon request via email to Vanessa.Williams@TN.gov. For members of the public that cannot attend via Webex, the Committee’s meeting will be recorded and posted online available the next business day following the close of the meeting. • The Committee will address ongoing GIS issues that affect 911 in Tennessee.
Agenda for the Committee meeting will be published by July 13th, 2020. If any details regarding this upcoming public meeting change, a supplemental notice will be released.
Committee meetings will be conducted by permitting participation of the Committee members by electronic or other means of communication if necessary.
