NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Board: Tennessee Emergency Communications Board

Location: LIVE STREAM MEETING
The Emergency Communications Boards (the “Board”) fiscal year, two thousand twenty-one second quarter board meeting will be Live Streamed on November 10, 2020. Due to the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic, the public will not be allowed to physically attend the meeting at Davy Crockett Tower. Limited Board staff will be present along with a Commerce and Insurance, IT member to monitor the meeting while Board members will attend and participate via Webex.
The Board’s meeting will be streamed for the public and can be viewed live at: https://tdci.streamingvideo.tn.gov/Mediasite/Catalog/Full/9cd298c0f59e4a43966e50beba1dba7f21 or accessed immediately upon conclusion of the meeting.
The Board will be addressing regular Board business with additional details on specific items to
be provided in the meeting Agenda to be published no later than one week prior to the meeting.
Any members of the public that may have a question or comment regarding any agenda items may submit the question to Board staff up via email up until the start of the meeting or follow the Board’s public comment procedure.
If any details regarding this upcoming public meeting change, a supplemental notice will be
released.
