The Tennessee Emergency Communications Board (the “Board”) shall convene a fiscal year two thousand-nineteen meeting of the Financial Study Committee the Committee”). At this meeting, the Committee shall discuss current financial issues pertaining to emergency communications districts and may vote upon recommendations to provide to the Board. No other business of the Board shall be discussed or voted upon at this Committee meeting.
