County Funding

The Opioid Abatement Council is required by law to "disburse thirty-five percent (35%) of these proceeds to counties that join the settlement" from the opioid abatement fund. T.C.A. § 33-11-103.

The Opioid Abatement Council will post information, activities, and resources related to the 35% of the opioid abatement fund on this page. Please check back often for updates.

County Annual Payments

All 95 counties will receive at least one annual payment from the Opioid Abatement Trust Fund during Quarter 1 of each calendar year.  The following table breaks down amounts per year and includes links to documents showing amounts by county.  Use the search box to find your county.  You can also refer to the PDF documents linked below.
