| Description | The mid-level Management/Front Line Supervisors class will provide police front-line supervisors with the tools to effectively manage the various legal mandates of the state and federal governments. Most front line supervisors rise through the ranks to become FTO’s, Corporals and Sergeants. In many cases, these officers are ill-prepared to handle the administrative and supervisory requirements of the job. Many become aware of legal and leadership issues after they get in trouble. This class is designed to equip officers with the knowledge and skills to perform these duties effectively and proactively. |
