Description	This class is the Train the Trainer for the POST mandated Just & Fair Policing requirement. The class will cover the following modules: I am your neighbor Understanding cultural differences Respect, rapport, relationships Defining potential violent encounters Proactive media relations Tennessee success stories At the conclusion of the training, each student will receive an instructor manual and PowerPoint which will assist them in teaching the mandatory (4) hour class.
