Description The Mid-Level Management class will provide front line supervisors with the tools to effectively manage the various legal mandates of the state and federal governments.  Most front-line supervisors rise through the ranks to become chiefs or command officers.  In many cases, chiefs and command officers are ill prepared to deal with all the administrative requirements of the job, this starts at the front-line supervisor ranks of Corporal, FTO, and Sergeant.  This class is designed to provide front-line supervisors with the knowledge and ability to deal with these duties in an effective and proactive manner.  A block of CSA, EVOC, and Mental Illness will be included.

Length 32 hours
Prerequisites The class should be considered a must for newly appointed sergeants, corporals, and field training officers.
