Description | The Basic Criminal Investigators class is designed to provide newly assigned detective/investigator students with the basic skills to conduct personal, property and death investigations. This class will include processing/managing crime scenes, search warrant preparation, and basic criminal investigation techniques. |

Materials | Students may bring a laptop for preparing search warrants, notetaking, and to view digital resources. Crime scene equipment may be brought, to include cameras, fingerprint processing material, crime scene placards, ets. Students should dress in training clothing that can be soiled. |
