Blueberry Yogurt Healthy Popsicle

These blueberry yogurt healthy popsicles are made with only four ingredients and minimal added sugar for a refreshing treat with a punch of nutrition!

Servings: 4 popsicles
Prep Time: 6 minutes

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 4-5 oz. vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or coconut or whole milk)
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender except one of the yogurt cups. Blend until smooth (about 1 minute).
  2. Pour the blueberry mix into a popsicle mold, leaving enough space to add in a scoop of the remaining yogurt. (You may want to do layers or simply leave room in the end to add in the yogurt.)
  3. Freeze for 2-3 hours before serving.
