“Due to the unknown nature and course of the Covid-19 virus, some events may be cancelled or postponed.  Please review your individual event to determine whether it has been cancelled or postponed.”  

Private forest landowners and professional foresters are cordially invited to attend the Tennessee Healthy Hardwoods (THH) spring forestry field days. The 2020 theme is “Special Forest Products.” The partners of these educational sessions are providing the events at no cost to participants. The agenda at each event will generally be as follows:

 Registration: There is no fee associated with attending the Tennessee Healthy Hardwoods field days. Please register in advance for meal purposes. Registration is limited to 80 for each location.

7:00 - 8:00 Registration

8:00 - 8:30 Welcome & Intro.

8:30 - 12:00 Speakers will address::

  •  Woodland Edibles and Medicinals
  •  Overview of Non-Timber Forest Products
  •  Demonstration of Novelty Wood (with Portable Sawmill)

12:00 - 1:00 Lunch (no charge) & Door Prizes

1:00 Conclusion of the Field Day

State the location you will be attending, the number in your party, plus your address and phone number. The events will occur regardless of the weather.
