    All registrants for this event must be 9 years of age by Friday, Feb 25, 2022. The course is offered free of charge to anyone interested regardless of age; however, you must be nine years of age or older in order to become a certified hunter education graduate.

  • Lawrence County Youth Squirrel Hunt

    January 29, 2022

    The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency is sponsoring a youth squirrel hunt on Saturday, January 29th, 2022. This hunt will begin at 6:00 AM at the Gum Springs Missionary Baptist Church. This is for youth ages 6-16. The youth ages 10-16 must have completed the hunter safety course or possess an apprentice hunting license- Type 12.
