PREVIOUS MEETINGS
TDOT and the City of Memphis held a public meeting on August 7, 2014, at the Bickford Community Center, 233 Henry Avenue, Memphis, TN, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting was to allow the public to view and comment on the proposed concept for the North Second Street corridor improvement project.
