A Public Hearing was held on Thursday, March 21, 2019, at Wilma Rudolph Events Center, 1188 Cumberland Drive, Clarksville, Tennessee, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the recently approved Environmental Assessment.
