Transportation projects are developed in four phases: Planning and Environmental, Design, Right-of-Way (ROW), and Construction. For the Interstate 24 / Hickory Hollow Parkway interchange (Exit 60) modifications, all phases of project development are being conducted by Metro Public Works, a division of Metro Nashville/Davidson County Government. Construction will be overseen by TDOT.
