Transportation projects are developed in four phases: Planning and Environmental, Design, Right-of-Way and Construction. The proposed Greeneville Bypass is currently in the Environmental phase of the process. Environmental studies remain in progress. After completion, anticipated timelines for remaining project development phases will be determined.
