ANDERSON COUNTY, US 25/SR 9 Bridge over Clinch River between SR 61 and Carden Farm Drive: SR 9 northbound is reduced to one lane approaching the bridge as crews continue work in this area. CAMPBELL COUNTY, SR 116 near Log Mile 4.5: SR 116 is reduced to one travel lane controlled by a temporary signal through this slide repairproject.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, be prepared to stop, and use extreme caution through this area.

CARTER COUNTY, US 321SR 67 near the Watauga Point Recreational Area: Motorists should be alert for lane closures, workers present, expect potential delays, and use extreme caution through this slope stabilization project.

CARTER COUNTY, SR 91 between Log Mile 18.57 to Log Mile 20.61 (Johnson County Line): SR 91 is reduced to one travel lane in the Cherokee National Forest section of the highway for the completion of slide
repair and slope stabilization work. Alternating traffic is being directed via a temporary traffic signal which will periodically move along the route as work progresses. Expected red time for the signal will vary depending on location but is anticipated to fluctuate between 5 and 10 minutes. Motorists should proceed through the signal with caution and plan for additional travel time. This project is estimated to be complete in May 2020.

GREENE COUNTY, I-81 South near Mile Marker 44.4: On Monday, March 2, 2020, motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform guardrail repairs.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays, and use extreme caution through this area.

GREENE COUNTY, SR 107 Bridge over Horse Creek near Log Mile 17.4: SR 107 is reduced to one travel lane controlled by a temporary signal through this bridge repair project. During the first phase of this repair project, Painter Road at the intersection of SR 107 will be closed and detoured. Pleasant Hill Road will be closed and detoured during the second phase of the project. Motorists should be alert for workers present, be prepared to stop, and use extreme caution through this area.

HAMBLEN COUNTY, US 11E/SR 34 between Maden Drive and South Economy Road: Motorists should be alert for lane shifts and possible lane closures through this area as crews perform work on the construction of pedestrian facilities in this area.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this project.

HAWKINS COUNTY, US 11W/SR 1 at Belmont Avenue and Englewood Avenue in Mt. JEFFERSON COUNTY, I-40 West between Mile Markers 413 and 415: On Wednesday, March 4, 2020 and Thursday, March 5, 2020, motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform guardrail repairs.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays, and use extreme caution through this area.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, I-40 East between Mile Markers 422 and 424: Beginning at 8 p.m. Friday, February 28, 2020 through 6 a.m. Monday, March 2, 2020, I-40 will be reduced to one lane as crews perform bridge repair activities.  This closure will remain in place around the clock throughout the weekend.  Motorists should be alert for lane closures and lane shifts and expect potential long delays.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, I-40 East and West between Mile Markers 421 and 430: Motorists should be alert for shoulder closures as crews perform roadside clearing and grubbing through this

KNOX COUNTY, I-40 East and West between Liberty Street and 17th Street (Mile Markers 385-387): On Saturday, February 29, 2020, between the hours of 6 a.m. and 3 p.m.  I-40 near downtown Knoxville will be reduced to one lane through this area as crews perform roadway repairs in the center lane. Crews will alternate directions performing repairs on the eastbound side first and then switch over to the westbound side once complete.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect delays, and use extreme caution through this area. Motorists should consider using I-640 and I-275 during these hours to avoid these closures.

KNOX COUNTY, I-40 East and West between Mile Markers 374 and 383: On Monday, March 2, 2020 through Thursday, March 5, 2020, motorists should be alert for possible mobile lane closures nightly between the hours of 8 p.m. and 1 a.m. the following morning as crews perform roadway repairs.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, slow moving equipment and use extreme caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, I-40 East and West near Mile Markers 387.5 and 393: On Monday, March 2, 2020, motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform median barrier wall repairs.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, I-275 North and South near Mile Marker 0.4: On Monday, March 2, 2020, motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform median barrier wall repairs.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, I-640 West between Mile Markers 7 and 5: Motorists should be alert for possible series of brief rolling roadblocks on Sundays through Thursdays between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform overhead sign installations. KNOX COUNTY, US 11W/SR 1 Rutledge Pike Bridge over Norfolk Southern Railroad near Harris Road: Beginning Monday, March 2, 2020, motorists should be alert for possible lane closures, lane shifts and changing traffic patterns through this bridge repair project. KNOX COUNTY, US 441 Broadway Viaduct between Jackson Avenue and Fifth Avenue:  US 441 Broadway Viaduct over Norfolk Southern Railroad in downtown Knoxville is closed for bridge replacement.  The Broadway Viaduct will be closed to all traffic for the duration of the project. During the closure, Broadway will be closed from the intersection of Oak Avenue, Worlds Fair Park, and Jackson Avenue to just north of the Depot Avenue intersection. Depot Avenue will also be closed. These closures will ensure the safety of workers and motorists as crews demolish the old bridge and reconstruct the new bridge. KNOX COUNTY, SR 33 Maynardville Highway northbound between Doris Circle and Ledgerwood Road: Motorists should be alert for lane shifts and closed shoulders through this sidewalk construction project. KNOX COUNTY, SR 33 Maryville Pike between Rudder Lane and I.C. King Park: On Saturday, February 29, 2020, SR 33 will be closed to thru traffic and detoured in this area between the hours of 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. as KUB crews install a waterline across the roadway.  Access will be maintained for local traffic and emergency response vehicles during these times.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution in this area.
