ANDERSON COUNTY, SR 61 Bridge over Norfolk Southern Railway and Market Street in Clinton: SR 61 is reduced to one lane in each direction as crews perform work through this bridge repair project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, changing conditions, lane shifts, and use extreme caution through this area.

ANDERSON COUNTY, US 25/SR 9 Bridge over Clinch River between SR 61 and Carden Farm Drive: SR 9 northbound is reduced to one lane approaching the bridge as crews continue work in this area. Motorists should be alert for workers present, changing conditions, lane shifts, and use extreme caution through this bridge construction project.

ANDERSON COUNTY, US 25/SR 9 at SR 170: Motorists should be alert for workers present, changing conditions, possible lane closures, and use extreme caution through this intersection construction project.

BLOUNT COUNTY, US 129 By-Pass at US 321/SR 73: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures daily between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. or nightly between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning through this construction project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect possible delays, and use extreme caution through this area.

BLOUNT COUNTY, US 129 North and South between SR 35 Hall Road and Tyson Boulevard: Motorists should be alert for workers present, possible lane closures and brief stoppages of traffic through this roadway construction project. BLOUNT COUNTY, SR 335 Hunt Road between Ambrose Street and Ramsay Street: Motorists should be alert for possible daily lane closures between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. as crews install utilities through this construction project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present directing traffic and use extreme caution through this area.

BLOUNT COUNTY, SR 335 William Blount Drive between US 411 and US 321: Motorists should be alert for possible daily lane closures between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. through this resurfacing project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and directing traffic, and use extreme caution through this area

CAMPBELL COUNTY, I-75 North and South between Mile Markers 135 and 142: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning through this project. Motorists should be alert for slowed or stopped traffic, expect potential delays and use extreme caution through this area.  

CAMPBELL COUNTY, I-75 North near Mile Markers 151.7: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning on Sundays through Thursdays through this project. Motorists should be alert for slowed or stopped traffic, expect potential delays and use extreme caution through this area.  

CAMPBELL COUNTY, US 25W/SR 9 Bridge over Big Creek in LaFollette: Motorists should be alert for lane closures, lane shifts and changing traffic patterns through this bridge repair project. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays, and use caution through this area.

CAMPBELL COUNTY, SR 116 near Log Mile 4.5: SR 116 is reduced to one travel lane controlled by a temporary signal through this slide repair project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, be prepared to stop, and use extreme caution through this area.

CARTER COUNTY, US 321SR 67 near the Watauga Point Recreational Area: Motorists should be alert for lane closures, workers present, expect potential delays, and use extreme caution through this slope stabilization project.

CARTER COUNTY, SR 91 between Log Mile 17.5 to Log Mile 20.61 (Johnson County Line): On Saturday, November 23, 2019, SR 91 will be closed to thru traffic and detoured between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. as crews replace a drainage structure across the roadway.  Motorists should follow signed detour route or seek alternate route and use extreme caution through this area.

CARTER COUNTY, SR 91 between Log Mile 18.57 to Log Mile 20.61 (Johnson County Line): SR 91 is reduced to one travel lane in the Cherokee National Forest section of the highway for the completion of slide repair and slope stabilization work. Alternating traffic is being directed via a temporary traffic signal which will periodically move along the route as work progresses. Expected red time for the signal will vary depending on location but is anticipated to fluctuate between 5 and 10 minutes. Motorists should proceed through the signal with caution and plan for additional travel time. This project is estimated to be complete in May 2020.

GRAINGER COUNTY, US 25/SR 32 between SR 131 and Thorn Hill Church Road: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures and lane shifts through this construction project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, reduced speeds, and use extreme caution through this area.

GREENE COUNTY, SR 107 Bridge over Horse Creek near Log Mile 17.4: Beginning Monday, November 25, 2019, SR 107 will be reduced to one travel lane controlled by a temporary signal through this bridge repair project. During the first phase of this repair project, Painter Road at the intersection of SR 107 will be closed and detoured. Pleasant Hill Road will be closed and detoured during the second phase of the project. Motorists should be alert for workers present, be prepared to stop, and use extreme caution through this area.

HAMBLEN COUNTY, I-81 South near Mile Marker 11.6: On Monday, November 25, 2019, motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform guardrail repairs.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays, and use extreme caution through this area.

HAMBLEN COUNTY, US 11E/SR 34 between Maden Drive and South Economy Road: Beginning Monday, November 25, 2019, motorists should be alert for lane shifts and possible lane closures through this area between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. as crews begin work on the construction of pedestrian facilities in this area.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this project.

HAWKINS COUNTY, US 11W/SR 1 at Belmont Avenue and Englewood Avenue in Mt. Carmel: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures and lane shifts through this intersection improvement project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, new traffic patterns, and use extreme caution through this area.

HAWKINS COUNTY, SR 66 between New Life Road and Clinch Valley Road: SR 66 is closed to thru traffic in this area as crews perform repairs due to a recent slide.  Motorists should follow signed detour, allow extra travel time, and use extreme caution through this area.

HAWKINS COUNTY, SR 70 between Clinch Valley Road and Cave Springs Road: SR 70 is currently closed to through traffic in this area as crews perform slide repairs. Through traffic on SR 70 is being detoured as follows:  (From SR 70 in Rogersville): Take SR 1 (US 11W) South to SR 31 North in Mooresburg, to SR 33 North to SR 70 North. (From SR 70 in Kyles Ford:) Take SR 33 South to SR 31 South in Sneedville, to SR 1 (US 11W) North in Mooresburg, to SR 70 North in Rogersville. Motorists in in this area should allow for extra travel time around this detour and use extreme caution in this area.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, I-81 North between Mile Markers 0 and 1: On Tuesday, November 26, 2019, motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. as crews perform bridge maintenance repairs. Motorists should be alert for workers present, slowed traffic, and use extreme caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, I-40 West near Mile Marker 380: Through Thursday November 21, 2019, motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform roadway maintenance activities.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect delays, and use extreme caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, I-40 East near Mile Marker 386: On Sunday, November 24, 2019through Tuesday, November 26, 2019, motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform roadway maintenance activities. Motorists should be alert for workers present, slowed traffic, and use extreme caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, I-640 East and West between Mile Markers 0 and 6: On Sunday, November 24, 2019 through Tuesday, November 26, 2019, motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform roadway maintenance activities.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect delays, and use extreme caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, US 25/SR 9 Clinton Highway at SR 131 West Emory Road: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures and lane shifts at various times as begin work through this intersection improvement project.  Motorists should be alert for new traffic patterns, workers present and use extreme caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, US 129/SR 115 Alcoa Highway between Topside Road and Maloney Road: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures and lane shifts as crews perform work through this project. KNOX COUNTY, US 129/SR 115 Alcoa Highway between Maloney Road and Woodson Drive: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures and lane shifts as crews perform work through this project. KNOX COUNTY, US 441 Broadway Viaduct between Jackson Avenue and Fifth Avenue:  US 441 Broadway Viaduct over Norfolk Southern Railroad in downtown Knoxville is closed for bridge replacement.  The Broadway Viaduct will be closed to all traffic for the duration of the project. During the closure, Broadway will be closed from the intersection of Oak Avenue, Worlds Fair Park, and Jackson Avenue to just north of the Depot Avenue intersection. Depot Avenue will also be closed. These closures will ensure the safety of workers and motorists as crews demolish the old bridge and reconstruct the new bridge. KNOX COUNTY, SR 33 Maynardville Highway northbound between Doris Circle and Ledgerwood Road: Motorists should be alert for lane shifts and closed shoulders through this sidewalk construction project. Motorists should be alert for changed traffic patterns, workers present, and use extreme caution through this area.  

KNOX COUNTY, SR 62 Oak Ridge Highway between Karns Valley Road and Byington-Solway Road: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning through this slope stabilization project. Motorists should be alert for slowed traffic, expect potential delays and use extreme caution through this area.  

KNOX COUNTY, SR 131 Emory Road at Thompson School Road: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures daily between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. through this construction project. Thompson School Road is temporarily closed at the intersection with SR 131 Emory Road as crews continue construction in this area. Motorists should follow signed detour route during this time.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays, and use extreme caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, SR 162 Pellissippi Parkway West between I-40 and Lovell Road: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures through this construction project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, reduced speeds, expect possible delays, and use caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, SR 332 Concord Road between Turkey Creek Road and Northshore: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures daily between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. through this construction project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays, and use extreme caution through this area. KNOX COUNTY, Cedar Bluff Road between Executive Park Drive and North Peters Road: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. as crews complete final items through this intersection improvement project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, reduced speeds, and use extreme caution through this area.

LOUDON COUNTY, US 321/SR 73 between Simpson Road and US 11: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures and lane shifts through this intersection widening project. Motorists should be alert for changed conditions and follow detour signs during this time. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area.

MORGAN/ROANE COUNTY, US27/SR29 between Whetstone Road and SR 61:  Motorists should be alert for lane shifts, closed shoulders and possible temporary lane closures with flagging personnel present at various times throughout this construction project. Motorists should be alert for reduced speeds and use extreme caution in this area.

ROANE COUNTY, I-40 West between Mile Markers 344 and 342: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures as crews perform roadway maintenance activities through this area. Motorists should be alert for slowed or stopped traffic, expect potential delays and use extreme caution through this area.  

ROANE COUNTY, I-40 West near Mile Marker 361: On Tuesday, November 26, 2019, motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform guardrail repairs.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays, and use extreme caution through this area.

ROANE COUNTY, US 27/ SR 61 South between I-40 and Martin Road in Harriman: The US 27 South/ SR 61 Bridge over Caney Creek is reduced from two lanes to one as crews perform work on this bridge repair project.  This lane reduction will remain in place around the clock until repairs are complete.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, narrowed lanes, expect delays and use extreme caution through this area.  Wide loads should follow signed detour route.

SEVIER COUNTY, SR 71 between US 411 and Macon Lane: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures daily between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. through this construction project.  Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present, expect potential delays, and use extreme caution through this area.

SEVIER COUNTY, US 321/SR 73 East Parkway near Oglewood Drive in Gatlinburg: Motorists should be alert for a lane closure in this area through this slide repair project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution in this area.

SEVIER COUNTY, SR 416 near Webb Creek Road: SR 416 is reduced to one lane through this area due to a recent slide. Motorists should be alert for changing conditions and use extreme caution through this area.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, I-26 East and West between Mile Markers 16 and 18: Motorists should be alert for possible brief rolling roadblocks to occur daily around 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. for blasting inside this construction project. Motorists should be alert for possible nightly lane closures between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning. Motorists should be alert for slowed or stopped traffic, expect delays, and use extreme caution approaching this area.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, SR 34 between Persimmon Road and State of Franklin: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning through this resurfacing project. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect delays and use extreme caution through this area.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, SR 354 Boones Creek Road at I-26: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning through this construction project.
