BLOUNT COUNTY, SR 73 Wears Valley Road between SR 337 and Sevier County Line: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures during daylight hours through this resurfacing project. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area. This project is estimated to be complete on or before October 31, 2018.

CAMPBELL COUNTY, I-75 South at the Kentucky/Tennessee State Line: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures nightly between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning through this project. Motorists should be alert and use caution as crews construct Welcome Center exit ramp.  Motorists should be alert for possible slowed traffic, expect potential delays and use extreme caution through this area.  

CAMPBELL COUNTY, I-75 North and South between Mile Markers 135 and 142: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning through this project. Motorists should be alert for lane shifts, narrowed lanes, closed shoulders and use caution as crews construct truck climbing lanes through this area.  Motorists should be alert for slowed or stopped traffic, expect potential delays and use extreme caution through this area.  

CAMPBELL COUNTY, US 25W/SR 9 at Elkins Road: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning through this intersection improvement project. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area. This project is estimated to be complete on or before December 15, 2018.

CARTER COUNTY, SR 400 between Watauga River and Bristol Highway: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. through this resurfacing and safety project. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area. This project is estimated to be complete on or before September 30, 2018.

CLAIBORNE COUNTY, SR 33 between Main Street and Youngstown Road: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures during daylight hours through this resurfacing and signal installation project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays and use extreme caution through this area.

COCKE COUNTY, I-40 East and West between Mile Markers 435 (SR 32) and 443 (Foothills Pkwy.): Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures nightly on Sundays through Thursdays between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews complete final items through this bridge repair and resurfacing project. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect delays and use extreme caution through this area.

COCKE COUNTY, US 25/SR 9 East Broadway Street between US 321 Cosby Highway and Belton Avenue: Motorists in the downtown Newport area should be alert for temporary road closures with detours as crews perform utility replacements through this area.  During the initial phase of work, short sections of East Broadway Street will be closed and traffic detoured around.  Truck traffic from I-40 wishing to access this area should use Exit 440 during this time.  Motorists should be alert for changed conditions and follow signed detours.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, lane closures and lane shifts, and use extreme caution through this area.  This Newport Utilities project is estimated to be complete by October 2018.

GRAINGER/KNOX COUNTY, US 11W/SR 1 between Promise Land Road and Mine Road: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures as crews complete final items through this resurfacing and bridge repair project. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area

HAMBLEN COUNTY, SR 66 between Jefferson County Line and Morris Blvd.: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures during daylight hours through this resurfacing project. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area. This project is estimated to be complete on or before October 31, 2018.

HAMBLEN COUNTY, SR 160 at Merchants Greene: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures daily between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. near this intersection. Motorists should be alert for changing conditions and use extreme caution in this area.

HAMBLEN COUNTY, SR 342 between SR 160 and SR 66: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures during daylight hours through this resurfacing project. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area. This project is estimated to be complete on or before October 31, 2018.

HAMBLEN COUNTY, SR 474 between SR 160 and Veteran’s Parkway: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures and lane shifts through this construction project.  Motorists should be alert for new traffic patterns; workers present and use extreme caution through this area.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, I-40 East and West between Mile Markers 415 and 421: Motorists should be alert for possible shoulder closures as crews complete final items through this resurfacing project. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect delays and use extreme caution through this area.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, I-81 North and South between Mile Markers 3 and 5: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures nightly on Sundays through Thursdays between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform work through this bridge repair project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect possible delays, and use extreme caution through this area.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, SR 66 between Hamblen County Line and SR 341: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures during daylight hours through this resurfacing project. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area. This project is estimated to be complete on or before October 31, 2018.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, SR 92 Bridge across French Broad River in Dandridge: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures with flag persons directing traffic in this area at various times through this bridge construction project. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays and use extreme caution through this area. KNOX COUNTY, I-40 East and West between Mile Markers 389 and 390: On Monday, September 17, 2018 through Thursday, September 20, 2018, motorists should be alert for possible lane closures through this area between the hours of 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform roadway repairs.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, slowed traffic and use extreme caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, I-75 South Ramp to Callahan Drive (Exit 110): Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures on this exit ramp as crews complete final items on this ramp widening and signalization project.  Motorists should be alert for narrowed lanes, new traffic patterns; workers present and use extreme caution in this area.

KNOX COUNTY, I-75 North and South between Mile Markers 108 and 112: Through Thursday, September 13, 2018, motorists should be alert for possible lane closures through this area between the hours of 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform bridge inspections.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, slowed traffic and use extreme caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, I-640 West between Mile Markers 7.5 and 5: Motorists should be alert for lane shifts, closed shoulders, reduced speeds and use extreme caution through this construction project.

KNOX COUNTY, US 129/SR 115 Alcoa Highway between Maloney Road and Woodson Drive: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform work through this project. Motorists should be alert for lane shifts on Alcoa Highway southbound near Woodson Drive. The left turn lane from southbound Alcoa Highway onto Woodson Drive is closed. Motorists on southbound Alcoa Highway wishing to access Woodson Drive will be detoured to SR 168 Governor John Sevier Highway to SR 33 Maryville Pike back to Woodson Drive. No left turns are permitted onto southbound Alcoa Highway from Woodson Drive. Motorists on Woodson Drive wishing to access southbound Alcoa Highway should follow detour route. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays and use caution through this area. KNOX COUNTY, SR 62 (Oak Ridge Hwy. /Western Ave.) between Schaad Road and I-640: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures throughout this project as crews continue construction on the pedestrian bridge.  Motorists traveling in this area should be alert for workers and equipment present and be alert for changing traffic conditions and use caution through this area. KNOX COUNTY, SR 33 Broadway at I-640: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures on Broadway approaching I-640 to occur at various as crews perform bridge work. Motorists should be alert for lane shifts and narrowed lanes in this area. This project is estimated to be complete on or before October 31, 2018. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect delays and use extreme caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, SR 162 from I-140 to SR 62: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures nightly on Sundays through Thursdays between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning through this resurfacing project. This project is estimated to be complete on or before October 31, 2018. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect delays and use extreme caution through this area.

LOUDON COUNTY, SR 1 near Wheeler Drive and Dixie Lee Junction: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures with flagging personnel present at various times as work is performed through this construction project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, traffic shifts and use extreme caution in this area. LOUDON COUNTY, US 321/SR 73 between Simpson Road and US 11: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures and lane shifts through this intersection widening project. MONROE COUNTY, US 11/SR 2 Bridge over Sweetwater Creek at Log Mile 5: US 11 (SR 2) is reduced to one lane around the clock controlled by a temporary traffic signal as crews perform bridge repairs in this area.  Motorists should be alert for new conditions, be prepared to stop, expect delays and use extreme caution through this area.  This project is estimated to be completed on or before October 31, 2018.

MORGAN/ROANE COUNTY, US27/SR29 between Whetstone Road and SR 61:  Motorists should be alert for new traffic patterns, lane shifts, closed shoulders and possible temporary lane closures with flagging personnel present at various times throughout this construction project. Motorists should be alert for reduced speeds and use extreme caution in this area.

ROANE COUNTY, I-40 East between Mile Markers 341 and 342: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews mill and pave the roadway.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, slowed traffic, and use extreme caution through this area.

ROANE COUNTY, I-40 East and West between Mile Markers 346 and 347: Motorists should be alert for possible nightly lane closures on Sundays through Thursdays between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform overhead bridge work. Motorists should be alert for closed shoulders, workers present, reduce speed and use extreme caution through this bridge repair project.

ROANE COUNTY, SR 29 between Georgia Avenue and SR 61: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures during daylight hours through this resurfacing project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use caution through this area.

ROANE COUNTY, US 27/ SR 61 South between I-40 and Martin Road in Harriman: The US 27 South/ SR 61 Bridge over Caney Creek is reduced from two lanes to one as crews perform work on this bridge repair project.  This lane reduction will remain in place around the clock until repairs are complete.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, narrowed lanes, expect delays and use extreme caution through this area.  Wide loads should follow signed detour route.  This project is estimated to be complete on or before May 31, 2019.

ROANE COUNTY, SR 58 near Log Mile 20.4: Through Friday, September 14, 2018, motorists should be alert for possible nightly lane closures between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform overhead sign work. Motorists should be alert for workers present, slowed traffic and use extreme caution through this bridge repair project.

ROANE COUNTY, SR 95 between Log Miles 5 and 6: Through Friday, September 14, 2018, motorists should be alert for possible nightly lane closures between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform overhead sign work. Motorists should be alert for workers present, slowed traffic and use extreme caution through this bridge repair project.

SEVIER COUNTY, US441/SR 71 between Caney Creek Road and West Prong of Little Pigeon River: Motorists should be alert for possible nightly lane closures between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. the following morning on Sundays through Thursdays as crews perform roadway work through this resurfacing project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect possible delays and use extreme caution through this area.

SEVIER COUNTY, SR 71 between US 411 and Macon Lane: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures daily between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. through this construction project.  Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present, expect potential delays, and use extreme caution through this area.

SEVIER COUNTY, SR 338 between US 441 and Old Red Lane: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures nightly between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews complete final items through this resurfacing project. This project is estimated to be complete on or before October 31, 2018. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect delays and use extreme caution through this area.

SULLIVAN COUNTY, I-26 East and West at SR 347 Rock Springs Road (Exit 6): Beginning Friday morning, September 14, 2018, I-26 will be reduced to one lane in each direction as crews perform bridge repairs.  These closures will remain in place around the clock until repairs are completed.  This project is estimated to be complete on or before October 31, 2018.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, slowed traffic, expect potential delays, and use extreme caution through this area.

SULLIVAN COUNTY, I-81 North between Mile Markers 59 and 63: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures nightly between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform work through this truck climbing lane construction project.  Motorists should be alert for lane shifts, reduced speed limits, expect potential delays and use extreme caution in this area.

SULLIVAN COUNTY, US 11E/SR 34 at Cox Street: Motorists should be alert for lane shifts and possible lane closures at various times through this construction project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, construction equipment and use extreme caution through this area.

SULLIVAN COUNTY, US 11E/SR 34 from the Holston River Bridge to the Johnson County Line: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures at various times through this resurfacing project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, construction equipment and use extreme caution through this area. This project is estimated to be complete on or before November 15, 2018.

SULLIVAN COUNTY, SR 37 between Carter County Line and SR 44: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. through this resurfacing and safety project. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area. This project is estimated to be complete on or before September 30, 2018.

SULLIVAN COUNTY, SR 44 between Jonesboro Drive and Chinquapin Grove Road Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. through this resurfacing and safety project. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area. This project is estimated to be complete on or before September 30, 2018.

SULLIVAN COUNTY, SR 347 Rock Springs Road underneath I-26: SR 347 underneath I-26 is reduced to one lane controlled by a temporary traffic signal as crews perform work on this bridge repair project.  Motorists should be alert for new conditions and be prepared to stop. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution in this area. This project is estimated to be complete on or before October 31, 2018

WASHINGTON COUNTY, I-26 East and West between Mile Markers 17 and 24: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures nightly on Sundays through Thursdays between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews complete final items through this resurfacing and bridge repair project. This project is estimated to be complete on or before September 30, 2018. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect delays and use extreme caution through this area.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, SR 67 between South Roan Street and Milligan Highway: Motorists should use caution and be alert for construction activity and possible lane closures through this construction project.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, SR 34 between Sunset Drive and Smith Lane: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and/or 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform work through this turn lane construction project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use caution through this area.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, SR 36 at Mountain View Road: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. through this signal installation project. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, SR 75 between I-26 Ramp and Cedar Creek Drive: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures nightly between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning through this resurfacing project. This project is estimated to be complete on or before October 31, 2018. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect delays and use extreme caution through this area.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, SR 81 at Persimmon Ridge Road: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures during daylight hours through this intersection improvement project. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, SR 353 between New Salem Drive and Lester Snapp Road: Motorists should be alert for lane closures controlled by a temporary signal through this box bridge construction project.  Motorists should be alert for new conditions, be prepared to stop and use extreme caution in this area.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, SR 354 between Old Towne Drive to US 11E/SR 34: Motorists should be alert for traffic shifts through this construction project.  Motorists should be alert for workers present, construction equipment and use extreme caution through this area.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, US 321/SR 34 Bridge over Limestone Creek near Log Mile 1.75: US 321/SR 34 is reduced to one lane in each direction through this bridge replacement project.  The southbound traffic has been shifted onto the northbound side.  These lane closures and lane shifts will remain in place around the clock during construction.  Motorists should be alert for changed conditions, lane shifts, reduced speeds and use extreme caution through this area.
