·         I-240 eastbound from the Quince Road overpass to the Walnut Grove overpass will have lane CLOSURES to remove the concrete barrier wall between the I-240 eastbound lanes and the CD road to eastbound/westbound Poplar Avenue. Two lanes on I-240 eastbound will remain open.

This work is weather dependent. Detours will be provided. THP will assist with traffic control.

The $54 million MemFix 4 project will replace and repair 4 bridges along I-240 in Memphis. The bridge work and the temporary closures will also allow crews to complete the planned widening of I-240 along this section of interstate. Full weekend closures of the interstate are expected later this summer, as well as a temporary closure of Poplar Avenue. Construction is expected to be finished by June 2019.
