BEDFORD COUNTY, Reconstruction of US 231 (SR 10)
From now through June 2016, Traffic will be reduced from four (4) to two (2) lanes on US 231 (SR 10) in Shelbyville due to utility and grading operations. One lane will remain open in each direction with an added turning lane.

CHEATHAM COUNTY, Bridge Replacement on I-40 over the Harpeth River
From now through July 2016, Anderson Road at the I-40 overpass will be closed. Detours are in place.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, On-Call Concrete Repair on I-24
Saturday February 20, 3AM through Monday February 22, 6AM, The ramp from US 431 (Whites Creek Pike) northbound to I-24 eastbound will be closed to allow for a concrete pour.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Rock Slope Stabilization on US 41 (SR 11) Southbound
From now through Monday February 29, 9AM-5PM, There will be a lane closure of the right lane on SR 11 Southbound just south of East End Road (LM 2.65) so that rock slope stabilization may be done.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Widening on I-65 from Trinity Lane to Dickerson Pike and Noise Walls on I-65

  • Thursday February 18, 9AM-3PM, There will be lane shifts on I-24 eastbound from Briley Parkway to Trinity Lane to allow for ramp paving.
  • Thursday February 18, 9PM-5AM, There will be lane closures on I-65 in both directions between Trinity Lane and Dickerson Pike to allow for the removal of portable concrete barrier wall. 
  • Friday February 19, 9AM-3PM, There will be a lane closure on I-65 southbound from the ramp from I-24 to Trinity Lane to allow for paving.
  • Friday February 19, 9PM-5AM, There will be lane closures on I-65 in both directions between Trinity Lane and Dickerson Pike to allow for the removal of portable concrete barrier wall.  These will be replaced with drums.
  • Friday February 19, 9PM through Sunday February 21, 12 PM, There will be two left lanes closed on I-65 southbound from the Ewing Bridge to Trinity Lane to allow for paving and sign installation.  After this is completed, traffic will be switched to the inside lane and all I-24 traffic will be diverted to Briley Parkway.  This will allow old lines to be removed and restriped.

DAVIDSON AND SUMNER COUNTIES, SmartWay ITS I-65 (North of Nashville) Expansion Project
Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-3PM, There will be shoulder closures on I-65 in both directions between MM 94 (Vietnam Veterans Blvd.) and MM 110 (SR 25) for proofing and wire pulling and CCTV foundations.

MACON COUNTY, Reconstruction of SR 10 from south of Goose Creek to SR 52
Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24, 7AM-5PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 10 for clearing and grubbing operations, blasting operations, and utility relocation.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Bridge Replacement on SR 237 over I-24 (Exit 8)
Saturday February 27, 7AM-3PM, I-24 Westbound will be closed at MM 8 (SR 237) for bridge construction.  Traffic will be detoured using the SR 237 ramps.  SR 237 (Rossview Road) will also be closed at this location. 

RUTHERFORD COUNTY,  SmartWay ITS I-24 Expansion Project
Monday February 22, 2016 through Wednesday February 24, 2016, 9AM-3PM, There will be a single right lane closure NB on Waldron Road at the I-24 Overpass to extend the guardrail to protect the CCTV #174 pole. One lane will remain open at all times.

SMITH COUNTY, Bridge Repair on SR 80 over Peyton Creek
From now through November 2016, SR 80 will be reduced to one lane at the bridges over Peyton Creek (LM 5.75 and LM 7.00) near Sawmill Lane for bridge repair work. Temporary traffic signals will be in place.

SMITH COUNTY, Bridge Repair on US 70N/SR 24 over Caney Fork River
From now through July 2016, The US 70N/SR 24 bridge over the Caney Fork River will be closed for construction. A signed detour is in place.

SUMNER COUNTY, On-Call Cable Barrier Repair
Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 19, 9PM-6AM, There will be a lane closure on SR 386 (Vietnam Veterans Blvd) for cable guardrail repair.  

TROUSDALE COUNTY, Bridge Repair on SR 260 over Little Goose Creek
From now through July 2016, SR 260 will be closed at the bridge over Little Goose Creek (LM 5.58) for bridge repair work. Detours will be in place.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Widening of I-65 from SR 840 to SR 248 (Peytonsville Road/Goose Creek)
Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-3PM (excluding weekends), There will be lane closures on Peytonsville Road and Goose Creek Bypass between Long Lane and Lewisburg Pike for installation of traffic signals.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Widening of SR 253 (Concord Rd) from Sunset Road to Nolensville Road
Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-3PM, There will be periodic lane closures on Concord Road for construction operations. Traffic will be flagged as needed.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, SmartWay ITS I-65 (South of Nashville) Expansion Project

  • Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-3PM (excluding weekends), There will be lane closures on SR 840 in both directions, from MM 28 to MM 35, for bridge conduit and pull box installation.
  • Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-3PM (excluding weekends) There will be a shoulder closure on I-65 southbound, from MM 76 (between Old Hickory Blvd and Harding Place) to MM 56 (between Saturn Pkwy and SR 840), for conduit and pull box installation.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Installation of Signals on US 31 (SR 6) at Miles Johnson Parkway in Spring Hill
Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-3PM, There will be lane closures on US 31 (SR 6) at Miles Johnson Parkway in both directions for preparation of signal installation.

WILLIAMSON AND DAVIDSON COUNTIES, Removal and Replacement of HOV Signing and Thermoplastic Markings on I-65
Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-3PM (excluding weekends), There will be shoulder closures on I-65 at MM 78 (Old Hickory Blvd) through MM 65 (SR 96) for drilling for HOV signage.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Repair of the Bridges on SR 840 over Boston-Theta Road and Sycamore Creek
From now through August 31, 2016, There will be lane closures on SR 840 in both directions on the bridges over Boston-Theta Rd (LM 13) to perform bridge repair operations.

WILSON COUNTY, Installation of Signals on US 70 (SR 24) at North Greenhill Road in Mt. Juliet
Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-3PM, There will be lane closures on US 70 (SR 24) in both directions at North Greenhill Road for signal installation work.

Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24, 8PM-5AM, There will be mobile operations in various locations for sweeping operations. This will affect the shoulders or inside and outside lanes.

Humphreys County

  • Thursday February 18, 6AM–6PM, I-40 Westbound at the Buffalo River Bridge between State Route 13 (MM 143) and Cuba Landing Road will have one lane closed for bridge repair.
  • Monday February 22, 6PM–12AM, I-40 Eastbound at the Buffalo River Bridge between State Route 13 (MM 143) and Cuba Landing Road will have one lane closed for bridge repair.

Davidson County

From now through Friday March 25, 9AM-3PM, (excluding weekends), There will be lane closures on the following routes in order for Bechtel/Bear Construction to perform utility work.

  • SR 1 (Murfreesboro Road) northbound, between Fesslers Lane and Fairfield Drive
  • SR 24 (Charlotte Avenue) northbound, between American Road and 10th Avenue N
  • SR 1 (Lafayette Street) northbound, between Fairfield Ave and 2nd Ave S
  • SR 100 (Old Harding Pike), between Memphis-Bristol Hwy and Hicks Road
  • SR 11 (Nolensville Pike), between Walsh Road and Woodycrest Ave
  • SR 24 (Charlotte Pike), between White Bridge Road and 10th Ave N
  • SR 65 (Whites Creek Pike), between Malta Road Free Silver Road
  • SR 24 (Charlotte Pike) between American Road and White Bridge Pike
  • SR 112 (Clarksville Pike) between Buena Vista Road and 26th Ave N.

From now through Wednesday February 24, 8PM–5AM, There will be lane closures along SR 11 (Nolensville Pike) in the 2000 block in order for Metro Water Services to renew approximately 30 water service locations.

From now through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-3PM, There will be lane closures on SR 45 (Old Hickory Blvd) eastbound, between 22nd Street and 26th Street in the City of Lakewood, in order for Metro Water Services to line a sewer main.

From now through Wednesday February 24, 9AM -7PM, There will be lane closures on SR 6 (Caldwell Lane) northbound in order to install a new water main.

From now through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-7PM, There will be a shoulder closure on SR 155 (Thompson Lane) westbound near 100 Oaks, from the intersection of Powell Ave to the CSX entrance, in order for Metro Water Services to install new water main.

From now through Wednesday February 24, 8PM-5AM, There will be a lane closure on 40th Ave and SR 24 (US 70/Charlotte Pike) in order for Metro Water Services to make a water tap.

From now through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-3PM (excluding weekends), There will be lane closures on SR 24 (1st Ave.) from the Shelby Street Bridge to north of the Broadway and 1st Ave intersection for Crown Castle (AFG) fiber optic construction. Bus Shuttle Transportation will still be available.

From now through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-3PM (excluding weekends), There will be lane closures on Broadway and the northwest side of 12th Avenue for the restoration of streets and sidewalks.

From now through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-3PM,  There will lane closures on SR 254 (Bell Road) between Old Hickory Blvd and Blue Hole Road for water main work.

From now through Wednesday February 24, 8PM-5AM, There will be lane closure on Charlotte Pike west bound near I-40 (MM 201) for utility work (water line).

From now through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-3PM (excluding weekends), There will be lane closures on Broadway and Northwest side 12th Avenue for the restoration of streets and sidewalks. Crown Castle (AFG).

From now through Wednesday February 24 (Excluding Weekends) 9AM-3PM, There will be lane closures on SR-1 (Murfreesboro Road) at Fairfield Ave and Express Parkway Drive for Zayo to tie into ATT manholes.

From now through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-3PM, There will be a lane on closure on SR 65 (Whites Creek Pike for Piedmont Natural Gas to pothole for existing utilities and bore under roadway at address 4104 Whites Creek Pike (near Cherry Grove lane).

From now though Friday April 29, 9AM-3PM, There will be a lane closure on SR 11 for NES to remove and replace existing power poles between SR 45 (OHB) and Hunters Lane.

Sunday February 21, 6AM-8AM, There will be a rolling road block on I-440 at MM 6 (Nolensville Road) for XO Communication to lash fiber optic cable onto existing cables.

Hickman County
Sunday February 21, 6AM-10AM, There will be a rolling road block on I-40 at MM 146 to install power lines on existing poles.

Montgomery and Robertson Counties

From now through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-3PM (excluding weekends), There will be lane closures on SR 76 eastbound, between Port Royal Road and Harmony Church Road in the city of Adams, in order for Cumberland Electric Membership Corp to place aerial cable at several locations. This is expected to continue for approximately 6 months.

Williamson County

From now through Wednesday February 24 (Excluding weekends) 9AM-3PM, There will be a lane closure on SR 6 (Franklin Road) at Concord Road for Zayo to bore for fiber optic cable.
Monday February 22 through Thursday February 25, 8PM-6AM, There will be a lane closure on SR 6 (Franklin Road) to remove and replace poles, install new anchors and place underground conduits near the intersection of Chadwick Drive.

Wilson County

Sunday February 21, 6AM-11AM, There will be a rolling road block for TVA to place new electric lines across SR 840 near Gladeville between MM 67 (Couchville Pike) and MM 70 (McCrary Road).
