Take a look at opportunities available at the Department of Revenue for qualified applicants.  Revenue employs more than 900 people, in jobs ranging from customer service agents and collection services officers to tax auditors and attorneys.  Watch the video below to learn more about what it’s like to work for us.

1.      Visit www.tn.gov/careers.

2.      Go to the top left hand corner, and click “apply here,” then “external candidates.”

3.      Click “view all jobs,” and then, on the left hand sidebar, click “Revenue” under the business unit. You can al so type “Revenue” in the search box.

4.      Choose the job you’d like to apply for, and click the arrow button to the right of the job description. Then, click the green button that says “apply for this job.”

5.      Next, you need to set up your online account, or log in if you have previously set up an account.

6.      Complete the application process.

7.      For preferred service jobs: Once your application is submitted, it will be evaluated to determine whether you meet the required minimum qualifications. You will receive notification of your eligibility within a few weeks following the submission of your application. If you meet the minimum qualifications, you will receive a link to an online first round interview.

3.      Log in to Edison Self Service.

4.      To view current job openings, please follow this navigation: Navigator > HCM > Self Service > Recruiting > Careers > View All Jobs.

5.      Complete the application process.
