The 2022 Fair Housing Trends Conference will provide an in-depth look at the various aspects of The Fair Housing Act as Amended. Topics will include an overview of The Fair Housing Act, the intersection of The Fair Housing Act with landlord-tenant laws, and fair lending issues. Panelists include Zachary Oswald- Managing Attorney of the Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee Gallatin Office, Vanessa Bullock – managing attorney of West Tennessee Legal Services, Jennifer McCoy - CEO of The Law Office of Jennifer McCoy, P.C., Amy Nelson- Executive Director of the Fair Housing Center of Central Indiana, Dennie Marshall- Regions Vice President of Mortgage Lending, and Tennessee Housing Development Agency Research & Planning Director Dhathri Chunduru.
