Vote on Purpose: The Communal Impact of One Vote
December 10, 2019 is the Nashville celebration of International Human Rights Day. The event will be from 5-7pm and will take place at the First Amendment Center.
The day begins at 5:00pm, with a reception and exhibits by human rights organizations. Then at 6:00pm, the presentations and awards will begin. Speakers will discuss the communal impact of one vote and why each matter, and awards will be presented for lifetime achievement and outstanding service in the field of human rights, along with recognition of rising advocates.
