Interested Parties

• The Relocation Exemption application will be posted to the HSDA website for 21 days.
• Any opposition to the Relocation Exemption application must be received no later than 15 days after the application, supporting documentation and staff review have been posted..
• The HSDA Executive Director will make an exemption determination at the posted date and time at the Health Services and Development Agency Conference Room.
• Please contact Agency Staff at 615.741.2364, for information on attending the exemption determination.
