Due to legislative activities during the year at the Cordell Hull Building, the monthly agency meetings will be held at different locations.  Please consult the agenda for the location of the meeting.

Regarding Submissions of Support and Opposition Letters

In order that the Commission may have sufficient time to review the meeting packet, please submit all support, rebuttal, and comments for matters on the Commission's agenda no later than noon (central time) on the thirteenth day before the meeting at which that matter will be heard.  The parties are encouraged to provide 20 copies.  In accordance with TCA Section 68-11-1609(g)(1), any health care institution wishing to oppose a Certificate of Need application must file a written objection with the Commission and serve a copy on the contact person for the application no later than fifteen days before the Commission meeting at which time the application is originally scheduled.
