Board for Licensing Health Care Facilities

As presented at the November 22, 2022, Board for Licensing Health Care Facilities’ (BLHCF) meeting, all requests and supporting documentation must be submitted to the BLHCF thirty (30) days prior to the next scheduled meeting. The next BLHCF meeting is set for June 6-7, 2023. Board agenda items must be received in this office by May 1, 2023.
