Historical CON Projects

The Certificate of Need Project lists contain all submitted projects regardless if they were approved or denied.  The projects are by county where the project was going to originate from.

These files have been updated into an Excel format for easier sorting and searching.

Certificate of Need Projects 1973 to 1999                                                  Certificate of Need Projects 2000 to Present

Action Codes  (alone or in combination with another):

A = Approved                                       D = Denied                                                 E = Extension of Expiration Date

M = Modified                                        V or VS = Voluntarily Surrendered       Void = Voided

W = Withdrawn                                    X = Expired
